A MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dear Friends and Patrons:
West Michigan Symphony is committed to the health and safety of our audience members, volunteers, musicians and staff, and to operating with the community’s best interests foremost. Due to restrictions on public gatherings, we have suspended all performances and events through mid-May. However, we remain hopeful that we will be able to finish our concert season. We have rescheduled our concerts, not cancelled them!
Our Administrative Offices are closed through the month of April. However, we’re still with you! Staff members are maintaining regular phone hours (11am to 4:30 pm M-F) from home.
This website now reflects the updated schedule of concerts. If you are a current ticket holder, no action is needed on your part. We will honor your tickets on the date of your rescheduled concert. If you are unable to attend, you may exchange into a future performance, or turn the value of your tickets into a donation to WMS. (We need your support, now more than ever!) Call us at 231-726-3231 or email us for more information. We are committed to ensuring you the full value of your ticket purchase.
We will keep this website updated as the situation changes. In addition, we invite you to connect with us on Facebook, where we are posting links to past WMS concerts. We hope that these recordings sustain you through this temporary performance drought. It’s not the same as a live concert—but then, nothing is!
Thank you for your continued support. We are separate, but we’re still together.
Andrew C. Buelow
