SUPERHERO COSTUME CONTEST!
Suit up for an epic adventure! We’re hosting a Superheroes Costume Contest during the Superheroes at the Symphony concert, and the spotlight is yours to command. Ticketholders are encouraged to arrive in capes, masks, or any comic-inspired flair that sparks your heroic alter ego. For everyone’s safety, please leave all prop weapons at home! Judges will be on hand pre-concert 6:30-7:25, and during intermission in the W. Western Ave Lobby. The contest is open to all ages, with prizes ready for the most astonishingly heroic ensembles.

Community of Heroes Celebration
WMS is proud to honor first responders with a weeklong Community of Heroes Celebration in partnership with the Muskegon Museum of Art as they feature “POW! The Art of Comics” and the Muskegon Lumberjacks as they celebrate Mascot Night . The Community of Heroes Celebration is series of events that will recognize police officers, firefighters and their families through art, music, sports and community recognition.
